One of our most unique services is our in-home house calls for both clinic visits and physical therapy. When needed, a patient can request a house call visit in which a member of our registered nursing or physical therapy team will come to the patient’s location to provide care. Modern Day Health Care, LLC was founded by Dr. Deanne "Annie" Donaway in 2018 after being introduced to a group who worked to support advanced practice nurses in starting their own businesses in health care.
Donaway's dream of utilizing telehealth became reality in April 2018 when MDHC opened their virtual doors. MDHC's unique health care model was inspired and designed based around the well-known need for more efficient, effective, convenient, affordable and easily accessible health care.

Building up our providers is another very important concept at MDHC. We offer Advanced Practice Nurse Providers and Therapists the tools to operate independently without the overhead of an office or having to worry about the business management aspects of operating a clinic. MDHC's contractual partnership with providers allows practitioners to do what they love - focus on providing exceptional care to their patients on their own schedule.
